With 100% Performance it isn't about how much you can lift, it is about how you can perform on the field and/or court as well as in life. We believe in teaching and training our athletes to maximize their ability to function properly and control their own body weight before weights are taken into consideration. 100% Performance llc, designs programs that encompass both time honored exercises in the athletic industry along with some unconventional and innovative training techniques to build the complete athlete. We build self confidence and lay the foundation for a lifetime of physical fitness. Although there are many trainers that are familiar with traditional exercises, it is our attention to detail, our innovative techniques, and our relationships with the best in the industry (Athletes Performance, Inc., SPARQ Training, Chad Graham's MAT therapy, and The Shelbourne Clinic) that separates us from the others and enhances our ability to provide the highest level of education and training for our athletes.

How? And Who?

Paying close attention to detail we teach and train functional range of motion, joint stability, rotational stability, run form, starting mechanics, change of direction mechanics, core strength, body weight strength and power, speed and agility etc. When an athlete is ready and at the proper age weights will be implemented into their program. 100% Performance trains athletes male/female of all ages and sports that are willing to accept an intense mental and physical challenge. There are amateur athletes as young as age 9 years old through high school, collegiate, semi-pro, and pro athletes that participate in our programs.

Injury Prevention

Each sport is known for common injuries that occur during competition or from overuse. It is a well known fact that female athletes have a 3-5 times higher chance for ACL and other common joint related injuries than male athletes. Although injuries in sports will happen, we believe that the chance for injuries to occur can be greatly reduced with PROPPER TRAINING. 100% Performance is confident in our ability to decrease your chance of injury. When we see a breakdown in movement mechanics that could potentially lead to injury, we find the source of the problem and address it immediately.
