One Step Away From Our Ultimate Goal 

We have come a long way to get to this point. It is a very exciting time for everybody, so we need to continue to do what we have done to reach now: We have to approach each day with the same attitude and continue to work hard and prepare for the Super Bowl against a good football team.

Beating the Chargers was great. They're a good team, but I think our defense stepped up and answered some questions that we have been getting. We kept San Diego out of the end zone, so even though they had some big plays we kept them to three points instead of seven points.

That game is over. You learn to get over games very quickly in this league. We know the Giants well -- we played them in the preseason and in the regular season. They are a physical team and they have a good offensive line. They run the ball well. They played us very tough the last game of the regular season.

We're back at practice and approaching things as we always do. I'm confident that everybody who is banged up will play next Sunday. It's a once-in-a-lifetime chance to win and finish a season undefeated, so we plan to go out there and win this game and make history.
