Disappointed, But We Will Rebound

Losing the Super Bowl was a very, very difficult way to end the season. The Giants deserve credit for winning the game and for playing the way they did. We just could not finish off the game and that makes everything we did during the season kind of go by the wayside.

It was exciting to go 16-0 in the regular season and be part of history, but the goal every year is to win the Super Bowl. In the NFL, there is one team happy and 31 teams not happy at all.

Our chore is to rebound from the disappointment and come back and go all the way. Right now, it hurts a lot. We came so close, but coming close doesn't count in the NFL.

I have a lot of big plans for the off-season, which I will talk about with you soon. I wanted to get in touch and let you know how I feel first. Right now, it's disappointment. The defense was on the field at the end of the game with a chance to close it out, but it didn't happen. I had Eli Manning right there for a sack, and he made a great play to get away from me and throw the ball down the field for a big completion. That's how close we came.

We will be back, though. This loss is just going to make us stronger.
