Regular Season Is All That Matters Now

The preseason is behind us. Those games are for working on specific things and for working out the kinks. For the young players, those games are a chance to earn jobs. Wins and losses don't matter to us.

We're looking at the regular season now. Kansas City is all that is important to us. We have always taken a day-by-day approach. That is not going to change.

I feel like I'm ready to go. I had enough snaps in the preseason to knock off the rust and make sure my shoulder felt right, so I am excited to start things.

We know what it takes to win and to get to where we need to be. Kansas City is a team that has weapons and has a lot of pride. We know they are going to play very hard football. They are going to be aggressive.

We're ready to start peaking now that the regular season is here. We're going to come together and start playing Patriots football. This is what it is all about, and I can't wait until Sunday gets here.
