I have season tickets to the New Mexico Wildcats indoor team and Coach Brown said you were going to be here Friday May 15 in Rio Rancho. I have season tickets and go to alot of practices of theirs. Hey Champ,
About your workouts. It depends on where your body is physically. Ninth grade is a pivotal point in maturity for many. It is a good age to educate yourself on the principles of strength gaining, while continuing simple regiments of lifting low weight with high repetitions. In another year or so it will be safer to add weight to your lifting. Running, sit-ups, push-ups, and pull-ups can accomplish a good workout as well.

During his first season blocking for LaDainian Tomlinson, he helped him rush for 1,645 yards and the team to rush for a total of 2,146 yards. Tomlinson became Neal's fifth 1,000 yard rusher he blocked for.
