Lance Riddle

Before founding Sky Sports Agency, Lance was a Vice-President with Bear Stearns Private Client Services where he advised high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives. Prior to his experience at Bear Stearns, Lance was employed at Merrill Lynch where he earned membership into Merrill's prestigious Executives Club for his outstanding performance and dedication to his clients.

Lance has leveraged his successful business experience to create one of the fastest growing sports agencies in the country. He has developed a reputation for being an outstanding negotiator and is considered one of the best young agents in the sports industry today.

He is devoted to maximizing each players earnings potential on and off the field and is committed to developing a life long relationship with each player and their family.

Lance is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. He resides in Dallas with his wife Susan, and son Samuel. He enjoys spending time with his family, golf and fishing.

Joseph Evans

In his role as Director of Football Operations at Sky Sports Agency, Joseph is heavily involved in all aspects of client representation. From recruiting players to the many facets of NFL Pre-Draft preparation, Joseph is an integral part in ensuring our clients receive the utmost professional service. Other segments include media relations and marketing opportunities for our clients. Much of his time is devoted to player research, and analyzing NFL statistics, contracts and trends within the league to give our clients a competitive edge.

He has played an integral role in the development of Sky Sports Agency since its inception. He is involved in all aspects of client representation and business operations. He brings a unique perspective to contract negotiations and maintains a strong working relationship with each NFL Front Office.

Joseph Evans graduated from Northeast Louisiana University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Education. He currently resides in Allen, Texas with his wife Jennifer, and four kids, Kayla, Kennedy, Joseph III and Kylen.

Russell Flannigan

Russell Flannigan, Director of Performance, is a former coach at Paul Quinn College. Prior to coaching at Paul Quinn, he coached football and track in the Dallas ISD for over 15 years

He is a high energy, charismatic individual who devotes much of his spare time to hosting charitable events throughout Dallas. His “Breakfast with Frosty and Coach Fly and Friends” is attended by hundreds of children annually. Additionally, he hosts annual holiday events for the Battered Women’s Shelter of DFW.

Fondly called “Coach Fly” by those who know him, Russell enjoys giving motivational speeches and writes performance columns for several publications including the elite news.

Coach Fly resides in Rockwall and is a member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church.

Sinclair Brown

Sinclair Brown, Director of Recruiting, is a Georgia native that graduated from Brunswick High School. He was recruited out of high school and attended and played Football as a Tight End for Reedley Junior College and University of Central Florida 2003-2007. While at Reedley he was named the Student Athlete of the Year, Coaches Award, and was second team All Conference. He also received the National Title while at Reedley Junior College. He was a member of UCF’s history making team that attended the first bowl game for UCF. He graduated from UCF with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality with a minor in Sports Marketing. Sinclair currently resides in Orlando, Florida.
